Awarded to the film of any length that exemplifies excellence in filmmaking and storytelling with emphasis on Latino/Hispanic values, issues, or culture. Can be directed, written or produced by filmmaker of Latino/Hispanic decent. If film is in language other than English please be prepared with subtitled version in ENGLISH.

green film

Awarded to the film of any length that exemplifies excellence in filmmaking and storytelling with emphasis on Green/Environmental values, issues, or culture such as green technologies, natural resources, national parks, or elements as such.
